Something a little different today. No talking. Just watching.

What do the faces say to you? Where do our minds go as we walk through this life? How many of us are really here, and when are we most here? There's the pigeon, and the playing. The begging, and the pain... The energy underneath it all.

There'll be more talking from me soon, but for now... It's just nice to watch.

I think we are most here when we can observe the feelings and thoughts of ourselves and others and stand in awe of how wonderful experiencing life really is.

I remember once, looking into a mirror and being able to see myself as I do others (having a sense of disconnection with my own visual reflection). I can still observe my thoughts and my feelings, but from a much more subjective point of view. I just thought that would be interesting to mention, because at the same time as I felt least like "myself" it seemed at that moment as if I could look into the mirror and see from a stranger's point of view, who I was.

Kyle, that is really well put. I totally agree that the observation of our thoughts and feelings, and realizing that beauty is when we are most awake and alive. I've also had similar experience looking at myself from that "other" place. Thank you so much for writing in.

    Be well,

    Rob
