A good friend of mine, Kimberly Garrison interviewed me for the Philly Fitness and Health Podcast last week. The Daily News owns the show and allowed me to post the show here in it's entirety. This tells a little of my personal story and discusses finding higher function and overcoming obstacles.

Wow Rob!!! I remember the basement as being bright and cheerful. I guess it is all perception. Great to hear your voice on the pod cast. But a little disappointed that you found the experience at Comcast as a dark basement, oh well some se the glass half empty some see it half full. I say who’s been dirking my beer?

    Hey Rob,

nice to hear some of your back ground, it gives you some credit to know you've been through some really tough times. Still waiting for some more podcasts though :-)

Hope it's all going well for you!

    Hey Ike,

Good to hear from you. I totally enjoyed working at Comcast, and I'm not sure we're talking about the same basement... But your point about perception is well taken. Hope you're well,

    Rob
